Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SEOTrack.app (the web application at this domain, and the SEOTrack.app mobile apps for iOS and Android), operated by BOT-HOLDINGS, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a company or other organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind it to these terms.

The service

SEOTrack.app tracks keyword rankings against live search-engine results, tracks competitor share-of-voice, samples AI-assistant answers (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) to estimate how visible your site is in AI-generated answers, optionally pulls Google Search Console and GA4 figures for ground-truth, and can draft and publish articles to a WordPress site you connect. Rankings, AI-visibility figures, and any AI-drafted content are estimates and samples, not guarantees — verify anything you intend to rely on against your own Search Console data or your provider's invoices before acting on it.

Subscriptions, billing & the launch price

The $10.00/month price is a launch price. We may change pricing for new subscribers going forward; if we ever raise the price for existing, active subscribers, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price takes effect, and you may cancel before then with no penalty. A missed or failed payment starts a short grace period; if it isn't resolved, your workspace is treated as lapsed as described in cancellation, below, and in our Privacy Policy.

Your provider costs are yours

SEOTrack.app is largely bring-your-own-provider: the rank checks and AI-visibility samples it runs use your own DataForSEO account and your own chosen LLM provider account, billed by those vendors directly to you, at their own prices. You are solely responsible for the spend those accounts generate — SEOTrack.app never marks that spend up or takes a cut of it, and a monthly budget ceiling and a confirm-before-spend option in Settings exist to help you control it, but setting and monitoring your own limits is your responsibility.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from Account & billing in the app. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. We do not provide prorated refunds for a partial billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] and we'll look into it — refunds outside of billing error are at our discretion. After cancellation, your workspace's data is retained and you may resubscribe to pick up where you left off, until it is archived and erased on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy (90 days to archive, 30 more to erase).

Acceptable use

Use SEOTrack.app only for domains, keywords, and competitor research you have a legitimate right to track. Don't use it to scrape or query sites in violation of their terms of service, to attempt to circumvent DataForSEO's, an LLM provider's, Google's, or WordPress's own terms, to overwhelm any system with automated requests, to publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content through the article pipeline, or to attempt to access another customer's workspace or data. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section.

Your data, your keys

The SEO data in your workspace — the domains, keywords, competitors, and everything tracked about them — is yours. Your provider API keys and WordPress credentials are yours, stored encrypted, and used only to run the calls your own configuration and schedule ask for. You can export or delete your data, and revoke or replace your keys, at any time.

Mobile apps

The iOS and Android apps are free companions to an active web subscription: they authenticate against the same account and let you view your workspace, they do not sell anything, and there is no purchase flow inside them. An active subscription (purchased on the web) is required to see live data in the apps.

Disclaimer of warranty

SEOTrack.app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Search rankings, AI-visibility figures, and AI-generated article drafts are algorithmic estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOT-HOLDINGS, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of SEOTrack.app. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll notify active subscribers by email before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to BOT-HOLDINGS, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
